Fire up that braai, throw on some yellowtail, or throw it onto your grill (not the floor)
Ingredients:
- Yellowtail fish fillets
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Garlic (minced)

Instructions
- Preheat your grill/braai to medium-high heat.
- Pat the yellowtail fillets dry with a paper towel and place them on a plate.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Brush the marinade over both sides of the yellowtail fillets, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Place the fillets on the preheated lekker braai/grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until the fish flakes easily with a lekker fork.
- Optional: Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or dill for added flavor.
- Remove the braaied/grilled yellowtail from the heat and serve immediately.
