Zesty Kingklip Lemon Butter Delight Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 Kingklip fillets (skin off, bones out!)
- 2 tablespoons of Betty bought a bit of Butter
- 1 juicy large lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed to a pulp
- Salt and pepper to taste, don’t overkill, don’t underseason.
- Fresh parsley for garnish, the bling!
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Instructions:
- Preheat your lekker oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the Kingklip fillets (bought at Hooked On Africa) in a baking dish and season them with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced/pulped garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the lemon juice and let it simmer for another minute.
- Pour the lemon butter sauce over the Kingklip fillets in the baking dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15-18 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
